Teaching Sessions and Payment Policy
Teaching Sessions

ONLINE teaching sessions must be scheduled in advance through the website.

The duration and frequency of ONLINE sessions are determined in collaboration with the student and the teacher.

ONLINE sessions can be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

In case of cancellation or no-show, fees will be charged according to the cancellation policy.

If a student misses three (3) lessons within a month without notification, the teacher may terminate the collaboration, without a refund, as stated from the beginning.
Payments

Payment for ONLINE sessions must be made in advance through a secure payment system.

Prices vary depending on the subject and the teacher’s level of experience.

Payment can be made via bank transfer (additional bank fees may apply).

Payments are non-refundable.
Code of Conduct

Students agree to behave respectfully and professionally during sessions.

Using the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose is strictly prohibited.

Distribution, reproduction, or sharing of any materials provided by the teacher without consent is forbidden.
Advance Payment and Booking Policy

To secure your spot in ONLINE lessons, an advance payment is required before the start of the program/lesson.

The advance payment ensures the reservation of the session time and preparation of educational materials.
Advance Payment Terms | Cancellation and Refund Policy

The advance payment is a percentage of the total cost of the lesson package.

Paid sessions are non-refundable.

However, session time or day changes are possible if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations or changes within less than 48 hours will be charged in full, and no refund will be issued.
Cancellation by Student:

If a student cancels after the start of the lessons, the advance payment is non-refundable.
Cancellation by Teacher:

If the teacher cannot attend a scheduled session, the lesson will be rescheduled in consultation with the student, at no extra cost.

English Lessons Agreement with Christina Holt
I declare that I accept the payment terms as follows:

I will pay the total amount for the agreed lessons in advance, on the 16th day of each month, or alternatively at registration and before the first lesson or before holiday periods, based on booking confirmation.

I accept that a Service Receipt (A.P.Y.) or Service Invoice (T.Y.) will be issued between the 1st and 10th of each month, in order to settle the payment by the 16th of the same month or before holidays, where required.
I declare that I do not accept the above terms and do not wish to start lessons with Christina Holt.
I acknowledge the terms governing ONLINE English lessons with teacher Christina Holt.
